Pricing for Board Yet? Gaming café will be determined by party size and the amenities that are required by each group. The standard rate to rent any of the tables that we provide will be set at $4 an hour for parties up to 4 people. $8 for parties of 5-10, and $15 an hour for parties larger than 10. Depending on the availability of space an additional fee may be added for larger parties.  Rates for tables within a private room are doubled, and rates for our specialty tables include a $2 an hour premium. This allows for the prices to be both affordable to clientele and to provide a measure of exclusivity for the higher end products that we plan on including. The tables that include specialty features include a tablet with the rental of the table that allows for instant ordering of any item in the café, as well as categorized and constantly updated availability of all games in our library and access to our database of rules explanations and frequently asked questions. Other premium services include the private rooms, and Video conference enabled rooms to allow for gaming with multiple people in more than one Board Yet? Gaming café location. The regular tables will be in relative seclusion from one another arranged much like alcoves in a VIP section of a club or restaurant, while the private rooms are enclosed in their own rooms with levels of sound dampening materials on the walls to provide for a more private atmosphere. The café will offer a small amount of refreshments and small waitstaff to provide assistance with gaming rules, set-up and teardown, and impartial arbitration if necessary.

These prices are derived from research into other similar pay-as you play venues such as lan gaming cafes, bowling ally’s and pool halls.
